B & M Aerial Equipment opened in March of 2002.

Brian Ebner, (President) had worked for the large consolidators since 1990. He had started in the service side of the business, and was there until 1999. He accumulated extensive knowledge of the equipment, how it all worked, what it took to keep the equipment going and what equipment seemed to out-perform the others.

In 1999 he moved into a sales position, which allowed him to go out and meet the people who were ordering and using the equipment on a daily basis.

In mid-1999, he took on a dual role as manager and salesperson. This enabled him to really see the way the consolidators were doing business. In mid-2000, he began to notice a pattern of a lot of the large consolidators having severe financial problems, laying off mechanics, drivers and several other key employees who were basically making too much money.

Brian took all the knowledge he had gathered from the other guys and decided to open B & M Aerial Equipment. The name represents his two children, Bradley and Megan.

He realized that most of his competition had gotten away from the most important aspect of the business, and that of course is CUSTOMER SERVICE-- He knows that anyone can rent you a piece of equipment, but how will they service you when the time arrives that you need special attention? He believes that B & M's commitment to customer service is what really separates them from their competitors.

B & M has had record growth in the short time they have been in business, and have plans to continue to grow .

They are actively looking into other markets.
